Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with KM Trading (trading as KM Fancy Gold), 5-53/H, Kuttiadi, Kozhikode, Kerala 673508, India.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging, tags and any free gifts that came with it.

How to request a return

Please contact us on 98462 46054 (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST) with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before we confirm the return, as unannounced returns cannot be traced or processed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost. An unedited unboxing video helps us settle such claims faster.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings and nose pins once the seal is opened, items made or personalised to order, and items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Return shipping

For a return due to our error - a damaged, defective or incorrect item - we pay the return shipping. For a change of mind, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account. Shipping charges, where any were paid, are not refundable except in the case of a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or design, subject to availability, within the same 7 day window and on the same conditions as a return.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
