Shipping policy

All orders are shipped by KM Trading (trading as KM Fancy Gold), 5-53/H, Kuttiadi, Kozhikode, Kerala 673508, India.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on every order within India. There are no minimum order value, packing or handling charges.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of the order being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered in 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on our courier partners.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your order leaves us. If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of ordering, please contact us.

Delivery address

Please make sure the delivery address and phone number you enter at checkout are complete and correct. We are not able to change the address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact us on the same day. Please keep the packaging and share photographs with us so that we can raise a claim with the courier.
